We recommend all clients sign up for our Monthly Maintenance Plan, which is our way to guarantee that your site is in shape: backed up, up-to-date, and malware-free. This step is crucial to getting the most out of our collaboration! Or if you feel comfortable and prefer to handle your own site maintenance and backups, we also offer as-needed support and revisions at our hourly rate to any site created by Made to Thrive.

    Do you offer support/revisions to sites not coded by MTT?

    Since every developer codes differently, we don’t. It can be incredibly tasking to troubleshoot problems in an unknown theme. What we can do is recode your current site with a fresh Custom Theme that will resolve your current site issues.

    What are your support/revision rates?

    During business hours (Monday-Friday, 9-3 PST), $100/hour is our standard, but clients signed up for our Monthly Maintenance Plan get a discount of $90/hour. In off-hours/emergency support situations, we bill at $150/hour.

    How do I request support/revisions?
