How It Works

  • Step 1: Start the conversation.

    Start by filling out our contact form. We’ll review your project details, connect you with a designer who fits your style since our team focuses on development, and schedule a discovery call to make sure we’re the right fit. After that, you’ll receive a clear proposal outlining scope, timeline, contract, invoice, and payment plan.

  • Step 2: Design your dream site.

    You’ll work with your chosen designer to create the visual mockups for your new site. Our team stays involved throughout the design process, providing input on SEO, best practices, and overall structure. We review and approve the final designs to ensure everything is set up for a smooth transition into development.

  • Step 3: Build and review.

    We’ll code your site on a private staging environment so you can see a full working model of the new theme without impacting your live site. The new site will first be reviewed with the designer for any refinements, then shared with you for feedback, testing and final approval.

  • Step 4: Launch and support.

    Once everything is approved, we’ll schedule your site install and launch. After launch, you’ll receive a personalized training video specific to your site. You’ll also be enrolled in our Basic Care Plan, with access to additional care plans and as needed support going forward.
