• How do you handle table of contents and other content blocks within posts?

  We regularly support table of contents blocks and common food blog callouts like tips, substitutions, and notes for recipe posts. These are often powered by Yoast Premium blocks, which we can add and style to match your theme. Or if you’re not using Yoast Premium, we can custom build these blocks, all with the goal of making long posts easier to scan and manage.

• Will my site be set up for SEO, and do you offer ongoing SEO support?

  Yes! Every site is built with SEO best practices in mind, including clean structure, proper heading hierarchy, schema support, and fast load times. Our development team and the designers we work with are trained on these standards, so SEO and performance are considered from the very beginning.

  While we don’t offer ongoing SEO services beyond the initial theme build, we do provide basic client training to help you understand and manage the SEO foundation of your site. • Will my new site meet ad network requirements?

  Yes! Ad networks are always part of the conversation, and most of our clients work with Raptive or Mediavine. We’re happy to coordinate with their teams to make sure your site is set up correctly for ads, while still keeping performance and the reader experience front and center.

• Will my site be fast and pass Core Web Vitals?

  Performance is a priority in every build. Each site includes a performance audit and custom optimizations based on your content and setup. A custom approach lets us focus on real-world speed without unnecessary bloat.

• Will I be able to easily update and manage my site after launch?

  Absolutely! That is always the goal. We build our themes using WordPress Full Site Editing, which gives you flexible layouts, custom block patterns, and full control without needing code. We handle structure, accessibility, and best practices during the build, so your site is easy to manage and quick to adapt as your content grows.

  We’ll also provide a full walkthrough video after launch so you feel confident navigating and updating your site.

• Can you integrate my email provider and build custom signup forms?

  Yes! For most newsletter providers (ie, Flodesk, Mailchimp, etc), we can fully custom build your email signup forms directly into your site and connect everything seamlessly with your existing platform.

  We’ll talk through which provider you use during the discovery call and flag any limitations upfront. All placements are designed to fit naturally into your content without disrupting the reader experience.

• What kind of support do you offer after launch?

  Every client receives 30 days of post-launch support to help with questions, small adjustments, and getting settled into your new site. After that, you’ll have access to our Monthly Care Plans and support team for ongoing updates, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Working with us means having a dedicated technical team you can rely on as your site grows!
